Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for freelance recruiters for an international customer service recruitment project. If you can work fast, follow a proven workflow, and want a simple way to earn extra income, this is for you.

About the project

Our client recruits candidates for customer care roles in Greece for well-known brands in tech, entertainment, and lifestyle. Candidates are pre-screened and already interested in the position.

Your role: conduct the final personal check, upload the profile, and guide the candidate until hiring.

Your tasks

• Receive pre-selected candidates from our sourcing team
• Conduct a short 10-minute interview using our script
• Upload the profile into our internal platform
• Provide short follow-ups until the candidate is hired

⏱ Average time per successful placement: max. 1 hour

Payment

• €250 per hired candidate (excl. VAT)
• Invoiced per batch or monthly
• No limit – more placements = more earnings

What we expect

• Recruitment experience or strong communication skills
• Availability for short calls at flexible times
• Professional candidate approach
• Accuracy in profile uploads
• Fluent in English (at least fluent in one other language. German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Polish or Czech)
